Because every tote is made to order, expect about a 20% variation in color, pattern, binding, and stitches compared to sample images. The main design remains consistent. Handmade production may cause size variations of 1-3 inches.
Shipping & Return policies
- Production time: All orders are processed within 2 - 3 business days.
- Shipping time: Typically it takes up to 8 - 16 business days to arrive at an address. This time is from the date that it is shipped out, not the day the order is placed.
- Tracking number: When available, we will send you the tracking number with the confirmation email so that you can track the package online.
- Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours after being placed.
- The above time frame is applied with standard shipping methods.
Exchange, return & refund
- If your product is defective, not as described, or there is any issue caused by our mistake, don't worry. Just send us an email at support@minnieprints.com and we will make it right by offering you a replacement or refund.
- In case you put the wrong information in your order or you change your mind about products' attribute when you receive them (you want to up/down size, prefer another color, ...), we are happy to exchange your items at a reasonable fee.
