2. When will my order arrive?
Each tote is made to order in 2-3 business days, then ships within the 48 contiguous US states — usually 8-16 business days door to door, with tracking sent by email.
3. Can I ship this directly to someone else as a gift?
Yes — just enter their address at checkout. It'll arrive ready to give, personalized exactly the way you set it up.
4. Can I change or cancel my order after checkout?
You can cancel within 6 hours of ordering (a 30% processing fee applies) or fix shipping/order details within 12 hours — email support@minnieprints.com right away. After that, your tote is already in production and changes aren't possible.
5. What's your return policy?
We don't offer returns since every tote is personalized — but we'll always send a free replacement if it arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, within 30 days.
