Shipping & Return policies
- Production time: All orders are processed within 2 - 3 business days.
- Shipping time: Typically it takes up to 8 - 16 business days to arrive at an address. This time is from the date that it is shipped out, not the day the order is placed.
- Tracking number: When available, we will send you the tracking number with the confirmation email so that you can track the package online.
- Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours after being placed.
- The above time frame is applied with standard shipping methods.
Exchange, return & refund
